Sandro Grassetti was born in Macerata in 1966.
Having worked for more than 30 years in the resin industry and having appreciated the versatility, he decided it was time to put his know-how at the service of his greatest passion: the sculpture.
So in 2021 he begins his production of artworks with his signed Sagrasse.
Immediately his popularity as a contemporary artist grow,arousing considerable interest from private collectors from all over the world.

Following an unstoppable flow
he gives life to resin sculptures and theirs worlds. The result: artworks in fluorescent and golden colors with which to forget the boundary between reality and imagination.
Each sculpture modeled by hand
but only after being designed and 3D printed, creating a rubber mold in which casting the piece to obtain rough sculptures. Each piece finished, sanded and washed always by hand. And only when the surface is without any irregularities, lacquered and varnished.
A totally artisanal process, which makes every Sagrasse artwork even more unique.
